The theme will be ‘Going for Gold’

 

• The 1st weekend would be the Exhibition Weekend (Arts and craft, Camera Club, Quilters, Flower Festival etc) weekend at selected locations in the village – plus open gardens and a suggestion this could be expanded to open [...]]]>

Festival 2012 – June 16-23

 

The theme will be ‘Going for Gold’

 

• The 1st weekend would be the Exhibition Weekend (Arts and craft, Camera Club, Quilters, Flower Festival etc) weekend at selected locations in the village – plus open gardens and a suggestion this could be expanded to open farm(s)?

• The 2nd Saturday will be a combination of the 1st and 2nd Saturday from 2010 – hopefully running all the activities and possibly more

• Many events from 2010 – including Gardeners Question Time, Comedy night, Creativity sessions, Jazz on the Green, Spartans Barn Dance or similar , Concert at St Andrews plus others should go ahead again.

 

Some of the above are only ideas at this stage with plenty of opportunity for additional idea/items from all

 

Next meeting 8pm Wednesday October 5th - venue to be confirmed. Everyone welcome to come along and input ideas or offer to participate in some way.
