Sponsorship associates your organization with a proven,successful event. It increases the visibility of your organization and promotes awareness of the benefits your operations bring to this community. Ultimately it is intended to increase satisfaction with your organization and thus increase sales. We will do our best to have Sponsors’ advertising prominently displayed at the principal events;sponsor’s names will be featured in Festival publications throughout Festival week. We want the help you give to benefit your organization as well as the community in which you operate.
Swavesey Festival aims to benefit everyone in the community around Swavesey by organising a series of events featuring music,drama,visual arts,sport and recreational events,local history,landscape and the built environment. Fundamentally it is open to all,and as many events as possible are free or at low cost. The Festival aims to
- bring everyone in the community together and let everyone take part
- demonstrate skills,talent and strengths of local groups to the widest range of people
- increase awareness of all activities,cultural heritage,landscape and environment
- provide opportunity for physical and recreational activity,and development of life skills
Feedback from participants,spectators,visitors and performers in 2008 was overwhelmingly positive,with many enthusiastic for the event to be a regular feature in the community. Certainly,we were successful enough to win the stART Innovation Award from South Cambridgeshire District Council.
Donations are,naturally,welcome. If your donation is £150 or more,we will display your advertising material. All donors will be included on Festival literature. For individual donors,we are registered for Gift Aid so that tax can be reclaimed.
